Yanez says revenue from its Proof of Humanhood and Proof of Uniqueness products will be converted into SN54 alpha.

The project described the mechanism after its Novelty Search appearance on July 10. Revenue received in dollars, stablecoins or Bittensor native assets would enter the same loop, according to Yanez. The team also says 20% of the resulting alpha will never be sold.

This is a project design claim. Revenue, client integrations and application status have not been independently audited by Tao Outsider.

How the stated SN54 loop works

Yanez presents two connected incentives.

The first pays miners to attack its liveness and deepfake detection systems. Opentensor described miners using synthetic faces and screen replays to expose weaknesses that the team can fix and test again.

The second is aimed at user growth. Yanez says approved partners can operate as miners, add verified unique users to its registry and receive SN54 alpha. Those tokens can then pay for Proof of Humanhood or Proof of Uniqueness services.

The revenue conversion adds another step. If customers pay for the identity product, Yanez says the proceeds become SN54 alpha and can be tracked on chain.

What changed since the preview

Our earlier Yanez report covered the July 1 launch claim, two client integrations and the upcoming Novelty Search session.

The new information is the economic route around the product. Yanez is trying to connect customer payments, partner mining, verified users and alpha demand inside one system.

That is more specific than a general token utility promise. It still needs transaction evidence, named product usage and public documentation before readers can judge how much revenue enters the loop.

Current subnet context

TaoSwap listed SN54 as active on July 12, with 102 active miners and nonzero emission value in the snapshot.

That confirms an operating subnet field. It does not confirm revenue, privacy performance, regulatory acceptance or customer demand.

Identity products carry a high proof burden. Yanez says biometric data stays on the user’s device, but that privacy claim needs technical documentation and outside review over time.

Tao Outsider read

SN54 now has a clearer economic thesis.

The useful test is whether product usage produces a visible alpha flow without weakening privacy or rewarding shallow user acquisition. If that evidence appears, Yanez will have connected a practical identity service to Bittensor economics in a way readers can measure.

For now, the evidence supports a defined mechanism from the project. It does not prove revenue or market adoption.
